Terms of Service
This is the agreement between you and Finance Flow 365. It is written to be read: what the service is, what we owe you, what you owe us, and how either of us can walk away. If a clause reads as legalese and nothing more, tell us and we will rewrite it.
01
Who we are and what this covers
Finance Flow 365 is a service for tracking money flows across projects, operated by [legal entity name, registration number and address]. These terms cover the website, the web application and every plan offered through them.
By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you use Finance Flow 365 on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may accept them for that company.
We may change these terms — for example, when the product gains capabilities or the law changes. Material changes are announced in the application at least 14 days before they take effect, and the date of the current version is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version; if you do not, you may close your account and request a refund of the unused paid period.
02
Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials to yourself: anything done under your account is treated as done by you until you tell us otherwise.
One account belongs to one person. Shared projects exist precisely so that several people can work with the same data without sharing a login.
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we will close it.
Tell us promptly at [support email] if you suspect someone else has access to your account.
03
Plans, payment and the trial
The Free plan is free and stays free. Paid plans — Plus, Pro, Full and Enterprise — are billed monthly or yearly; a year costs the same as ten months. Prices, limits and what each plan includes are on the pricing page, and that page is part of these terms.
New accounts get a 50-day Plus trial without a card. When the trial ends the account moves to Free unless you choose a paid plan: nothing is charged automatically at the end of a trial.
Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the application; the plan then runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
Payments are handled by [payment provider], and we never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in [currency] and may exclude taxes, which are added where the law requires.
We may change prices. An increase never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we announce it at least 30 days in advance.
04
What you may and may not do
Use the service for your own record-keeping — personal, shared or business. That is what it is for.
Do not break the law with it, do not upload content you have no right to, and do not use the service to store data you are not allowed to keep.
Do not attempt to break, overload or work around the service: no automated scraping beyond ordinary use, no probing for vulnerabilities without our written consent, no reselling access as your own product.
Public project pages are published by you, deliberately, and you are responsible for what you make public. We may take down a public page that breaks these rules or the law.
If you find a security problem, write to [security email] instead of testing how far it goes. We will respond and will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith.
05
Your data belongs to you
Everything you enter — projects, flows, records, attachments — remains yours. We store and process it to run the service, and we do not sell it. How exactly we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.
You can export your data at any time and delete your account. Deletion removes the data from the working system; backups are overwritten on their normal schedule, described in the Privacy Policy.
The Free plan keeps data waiting for 100 days without a sign-in; paid plans keep it longer, per the pricing table. We warn you by email before anything is removed for inactivity.
Private spaces are a separate perimeter inside the product: records placed there are not shown in shared projects. That is a product feature, not a legal guarantee against lawful requests for data.
06
What we promise, and what we do not
We keep the service running and fix what breaks, but we do not promise it will be available every minute or free of errors. Maintenance happens, and so do incidents.
Finance Flow 365 helps you see your money. It is not accounting, tax or investment advice, and its numbers do not replace your accountant, your bank statements or your tax filings.
Exchange rates and AI suggestions are informational. Rates come from external sources and may lag; AI features suggest, but never post anything without your action.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the three months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
07
Ending the arrangement
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time, for any reason, without explaining yourself. Refund rules are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, endangers other users, or is used for anything unlawful. Except where the breach is severe or the law requires otherwise, we warn first and give you a chance to fix it.
If we discontinue the service, we will tell you at least 60 days in advance, keep exports working through that period, and refund the unused part of any prepaid plan.
08
Law, disputes and the small print
These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction], and disputes are resolved by the courts of [jurisdiction], unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a different forum.
Before going to court, write to us: most disputes turn out to be misunderstandings and are settled in a few messages.
If some clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the pricing page together form the whole agreement between us.
Something here unclear, or reads as if written for lawyers rather than for you? Write to us — questions about these terms get an answer from a person.
