Money is one of the most nerve-wracking subjects in life. We believe the tool for it should be the opposite: quiet, precise and predictable.
Why we build this
Finance Flow 365 started with a question each of us had heard from friends and asked ourselves: "the salary is fine, where does it all go?". The market has plenty of answers: bank categories, spreadsheets, apps with budgets and goals. We honestly tried them and found the same flaw everywhere: they either demand discipline ordinary people do not have, or they answer the wrong question.
We wanted a tool that answers "where is my money moving" and "what happens next" without turning bookkeeping into a second job. That is where flows came from: themed channels with direction and meaning, grouped into projects — personal, family, work, shared.
How we think about money
Money moves, so the center of the service is the flow, not an account balance. An entry is made once and counts itself from then on: what a day, a month, a year costs you. Exchange rates are taken on the date of the operation and never rewrite the past. The future is as visible as the past: a time axis anchored at "today".
And all of it must take seconds, not evenings. Tracking that does not survive real life, with its checkouts, children and hurry, is worth nothing, however beautiful it is.

Export is available at any moment, on any plan. You can always leave together with your data: we keep users with usefulness, not with locks.
Precision without compromise
Amounts are stored and added without rounding losses, timestamps are written in UTC, and every change has an author.
Data whispers
No screaming charts, no red alarms. Calm depth, glow only where an accent is needed. Numbers do not have to raise their voice.
